Submit Notes |
|
|
Brokers: You are welcome to submit notes if you are working directly with the note holder (or if you have a portfolio for which you are the only responsible party). If you submit notes for which you are not in direct contact with the note holder(s) and not the sole contact for the aforementioned note, you will loose the right for future note submissions, via this web site (as our goal is to cut out daisy chains to benefit the note holder and those involved in transactions we facilitate, as a referral service). We must be the only web site to which you submit your client's note. Submitting to another note source compromises our ability to obtain the best offers for you and your client. Therefore, do not submit your note to us if you have submitted it to another web site (or will do so within one week of submission to us). Our Buyers and Investors give a preference to the notes we send them because they know our notes are not shopped over the Internet. All submissions must be done using our submission forms. Please do not fax or email a submission. We also will only accept notes, from Brokers, with a Payor's credit of A, B or C (credit must be known and accurate) and a note balance of $50,000.00 or more. Make sure you have the following at hand: Thank You! To continue working with us, you must let us know if you remove your clients note from the market, or sell it through another party, by sending an email to remove@mynotebuyer.com. Please include your name, address and note balance, that was submitted via this web site, in your email. Advertisement:
